Hey folks!

It's that time of year again! VATeir would like to officially welcome you all to Ireland's Annual St. Patrick's Day Event! This event is our annual flagship so be prepared for some fantasic atmospehere, as with every year, over the Emerald Isle!

This year the event takes place on Sunday 15th March, beginning at 1600z and continuing until (at least) 2200Z! All three major airports - Dublin (EIDW), Cork (EICK) and Shannon (EINN) will be fully staffed for the duration along with full FIR and UIR control.

Below you will find all pilot information, with links to charts and downloads for every major and regional airport - those of you with a forum or website, we would greatly appreciate if you were willing to advertise this event there! Smiley

Note: A special website for the event is now live at www.vateir.com/stpats

Airport Procedures and Details:
http://www.vateir.com/airports.php

Scenery Files and Other Downloads:
http://www.vateir.com/pilotdownloads.php

*NB:
Pilots should have the corrected AFCADS for EIDW, EICK, EINN or they may experience difficulties with ILS systems on some runways.
See http://www.vateir.com/forums/index.php?topic=420.0 for more information.

We look forward to seeing you all there, and as usual, free (virtual) Guinness for every participant!

Sláinte (Cheers)!
The VATeir Team

Just 18 hours to go!

Dust off the headsets, and come fly the Emerald Isle! We'll have upwards of 16 sectors waiting.

Hope to see you all tomorrow from 1600!

The only problem is VATSIM using the out-sourcing techique , so you can see Vroute and Vataware ..etc , are an external servers that not mainly a part of the network , as they just been connected to fetch the information for traffic and so on . It would be a hard job to hack a one big sold network rather then hacking one network + outsourcing servers

My Best Regards ,,,
